gnokii-smsd-pgsql software package provides SMSD plugin for PostgreSQL storage backend, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnokii-smsd-pgsql
gnokii-smsd-pgsql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnokii-smsd-pgsql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnokii-smsd-pgsql *
You will get with gnokii-smsd-pgsql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
